
Infant/Toddler Teacher
FULL TIME POSITION
Qualifications
High school Graduate or GED, some college is preferred.
Proficient in spoken and written English
Sets up the physical environment so children can develop, learn, and thrive.
Maintains the cleanliness of the physical environment.
Communicates clearly and professionally to parents and other staff members.
Cooperates with the director, infant/toddler coordinator, and other staff members.
Demonstrates knowledge of children's developmental stages and presents appropriate learning materials.
Provided hands on learning experience.
Shall be of good character and intent and shall be qualified to provide care conducive to the welfare of children in classrooms.
Maintains student records as required based on classroom.
Be of good character and intent.
Participates in the implementation of the lesson and activity planning.
Prepares instructional material to be utilized.
Supervises children through the school day.
Keeps children safe and secure.
Supervises and assists with personal hygiene.
Follows all rules and regulations in the North American Montessori Employee Handbook.
Will attend a minimum of 12 hours in service.
Salary based on experience/education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
