Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | 1-Hour Break

Why Teachers Choose Our Goddard School

We believe a great day for children starts with a great environment for teachers. We prioritize low classroom ratios and strong staffing so teachers can spend more time engaging with children and less time feeling overwhelmed.

• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends
• Low child-to-teacher ratios
• Supportive classroom teams and leadership
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• 401(k) with employer match
• Childcare tuition benefits
• Paid training and professional development
• Opportunities for raises and career advancement
• Opportunities to grow into Lead Teacher and leadership roles

What You'll Do

Support our Lead Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging classroom. You'll build relationships with children, assist with our Wonder of Learning® curriculum, support daily routines and developmental activities, communicate with families and help maintain a positive classroom environment.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma required. Previous childcare experience and CDA/Early Childhood Education experience are preferred, but we value dependability, positivity, teamwork and a genuine passion for working with young children.

If you want to work somewhere that values teachers as much as the children they care for, we'd love to meet you!
