Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Lead the daily routines and learning experiences of the Infant classroom
- Provide individualized, responsive care for each child
- Support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Introduce infants to sensory exploration, music, movement, language, and play
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Communicate regularly and professionally with families
- Maintain a clean, safe, nurturing, and organized classroom
- Follow Michigan licensing and center requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience required
- Infant classroom experience strongly preferred
- CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential preferred
- Must meet Michigan requirements to serve as a Lead Caregiver
- Nurturing, attentive, dependable, and collaborative
- $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
