Infant Childcare Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Management: Oversee daily routines, maintain a clean and safe environment, and follow strict state licensing and safe-sleep guidelines
• Curriculum & Development: Plan age-appropriate activities and sensory experiences that encourage motor, social, emotional, and cognitive milestones.
• Maintain Feeding Schedules
• Maintain Changing routines and Schedules
• Document daily routine and changes
• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, mentor assistant teachers, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Parent Communication: Provide daily notes, updates, and transparent communication regarding each infant's feeding, sleeping, and behavioral progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma is required.
• Certifications: Current certification in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid is mandatory.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience working in a licensed childcare or infant classroom setting required.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.70 per hour
