Infant Assistant Teacher

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior management, curriculum development, and educating students in a child care setting. Duties:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning needs- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for students- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians- Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and toddler care into daily activities

Requirements:

- over 6 months experience in a licensed child care facility- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
