**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in working with children, including those with developmental disabilities. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives. **Duties:** - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards - Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience - Monitor and assess student progress regularly - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development **Experience:** The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experiences: - Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of childhood development principles and literacy education - Background in childcare, toddler care, or related fields - Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus - Proficiency in using learning technology to enhance teaching methods - Understanding of physical education concepts for young learners Joining our team as a Lead Teacher offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
