In this role, you’ll step in to support our regular staff by helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. Whether you’re assisting with daily activities, engaging children in play and learning, or supporting classroom routines, you’ll play an important part in helping each child grow and thrive. A typical substitute shift is 7:30am - 3:30pm but may vary depending on need. What You’ll Do:Assist teachers in carrying out developmentally appropriate activities and lessons. Provide attentive supervision and engage children in meaningful, fun interactions. Communicate positively with children, families, and team members. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Follow established policies and licensing regulations.What We’re Looking For:A passion for working with children and supporting their development. Flexibility to step in and assist as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively participate in daily activities (kneeling, bending, sitting on the floor, etc.).
