Mobile Infant Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full Time Mobile Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. In this role, you will provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for older infants, ensuring each child's safety, growth, and happiness. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, child-centered care tailored to the developmental needs of infants in a mobile setting.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, developmental observations, and health records.
• Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines, including first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid procedures.
• Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive interactions among children.

Experience

• Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare centers or similar childcare settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Experience with classroom management and behavior guidance techniques suitable for young children.
• Familiarity with special education needs and working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children from diverse backgrounds.
• Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Previous nannying or babysitting experience with infants is highly valued for this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
