Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM

What You'll Do – Responsibilities

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will guide the daily social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children ages 3–5. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, including art, music, and storytelling.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Monitoring and documenting children's developmental milestones.
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily experiences.
• Fostering a warm, inclusive classroom environment built on empathy and respect.
• Leading and working collaboratively with assistant teachers or classroom aides.

What We're Looking For – Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. CDA credential preferred.
• Required: State-mandated childcare certifications or willingness to obtain them before starting.
• Required: Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Required: Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Bonus: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field. A degree is not required for this position but is considered a plus.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting.
• Key Skills: Patience, energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working with young children.
