Now hiring - Lead One & Two Year Old Teachers to support our growing team at The Goddard School in Spring House! Between our 4 Toddler Rooms, we are looking to add additional lead teachers as early as this Summer in anticipation of the 2026-2027 School Year!

Lead and Assistant Teachers should:

  • Have at least 2 years of Early Child Care experience
  • Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers
  • Promote positive classroom management techniques
  • Share ideas and experiences with their Co-Teacher
  • Feel comfortable leading lessons and activities
  • Collaborate with directors and onsite owners
