We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and nurturing EEC Licensed Toddler/Preschool Teacher who is excited to be part of something special. Duties

• Implement: age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in toddlers and preschoolers.
• Foster: a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Collaborate: closely with support teachers to meet the goals of the program and ensure consistency in teaching approaches.
• Communicate: regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to build strong partnerships.
• Maintain: compliance with licensing requirements and safety standards, including first aid and CPR certifications.
• Promote: positive behavior management strategies that support social skills and emotional well-being.
• Support: children in developing independence, self-regulation, and social skills through guided interactions.

Requirements

• Valid EEC (Early Education Certification) license for Toddler/Preschool teaching.
• Proven experience in early childhood education or preschool teaching roles working with young children.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members.
• First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with support teachers and staff.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
