Our Early Head Start Teachers play a vital role in nurturing the growth, development, and well-being of infants and toddlers (birth to age three) while honoring the cultural values, traditions, and strengths of the community. The Early Head Start Teacher position is responsible for creating a safe, responsive, and culturally grounded learning environment that supports early development, strengthens family partnerships, and promotes school readiness in alignment with Head Start Performance Standards and community values.
The ideal Early Head Start Teacher is passionate about early childhood education, committed to culturally responsive practice, and dedicated to supporting Native children and families through relationship-based, trauma-informed, and community-centered care.
Starting Pay: $20/hr., DOE + Benefits
