WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the independent supervision responsibilities of the position
• Must have reliable availability with no scheduling restrictions and be able to work within our operating hours of 7:00AM–5:30PM, Monday–Friday, as needed (40 hours per week maximum)
• Preferred certifications/trainings include TECE 1 & 2, First Aid/CPR, and Administration of Medication
• Applicants who do not currently have the required certifications/trainings must be willing to obtain them during employment
• Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance
• Must be professional and able to communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and administration
• Must be willing to work as part of a team and step in where needed
• Must be open to feedback, learning, and continued professional growth
• Most importantly, must be caring, dependable, and have a genuine love for working with children

Please Note: Having no scheduling restrictions does not mean you will be scheduled from 7:00AM–5:30PM every day. Our staffing needs vary, and we are specifically seeking team members who have the flexibility to work different scheduled shifts within our operating hours when needed.

EXPERIENCE IS GREAT, BUT CHARACTER MATTERS TOO!

Childcare experience is certainly a plus, but some of the qualities that make an incredible teacher simply cannot be taught.
