Early Childhood Teacher (Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or Pre-K)

About Us
MARJCC Early Childhood Academy is a growing Jewish early childhood program serving children from infancy through kindergarten. With 11 classrooms and four additional classrooms currently under construction, we are expanding thoughtfully while maintaining the warm, relationship-centered culture our educators value.
Our program is grounded in four core pillars:

• Play-based learning
• Child-centered education
• Jewish values
• A warm, loving environment

Inspired by relationship-based learning, Reggio Emilia influences, and hands-on exploration, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, respected, connected, and genuinely known.
We are proud of the strong community we have built among both families and educators. Over the past four years, our school has maintained approximately 90% staff retention while continuing to grow.
