You’re an experienced educator who wants to be great at what you do—and wants to work somewhere that makes that possible. You value professionalism, partnership with families, and a school that respects your time, skill, and well-being.

You communicate openly, collaborate naturally, and appreciate being part of a team that supports one another and celebrates the work.

You’ll teach using our Balanced Learning Curriculum, written by early education experts. You will never be asked to spend your personal time writing curriculum or reinventing the wheel.

We invest in our teachers. Skill development, leadership pathways, and promotion from within are real here—12 teachers have already moved from classrooms into leadership roles.

Every teacher in our school matters. Our faculty are an investment—not a cost—and we are committed to producing not just better classrooms, but better lives for the people who lead them. This includes ensuring that you receive a consistent schedule of 40 hours every week.

Don’t just take our word for it—visit our Career Page to hear directly from our faculty.
