Early Childhood Teacher

Delightful Learning Center is looking for caring Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine love of working with young children
• Dependability and professionalism
• Patience, creativity, and strong communication
• Ability to work cooperatively with a teaching team
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention programs is a plus
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, families, and children effectively
• Education/credentials as required for the classroom and applicable regulations
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build positive, responsive relationships with children
• Support learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Follow center policies and applicable early childhood requirements
• Participate in professional development and team collaboration
• Assist in designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to preschool, toddler, and/or infant care settings
• Engage children in literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other core subjects aligned with early childhood education standards
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent exploration
• Uphold child welfare standards by ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
