Early Childhood Teacher

Our mission is to Hire the Best Teachers to provide top-notch care for our children in our licensed childcare center.

Compensation $ 18-$21 – the range is based on relevant education, experience, and location.

Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Demonstrate passion and skill for working with students from diverse cultural, economic, and ability backgrounds.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active, differentiated.
• Establish and maintain good communications and a strong sense of community with directors, staff, and parents.
• Foster a collaborative, team-focused atmosphere, both in the classroom, your site, and the agency as a whole.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, trainings and ongoing development opportunities.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum six hours in Early Childhood / Child Development college credits, along with a total of 60 credit hours.
• Preferred, Associates or Bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood, Child Development, Elementary Education or Early Childhood Special Education.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
