What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement lesson plans and daily schedules
• Build strong relationships with families
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom
• Observe and respond to each child’s individual needs
• Collaborate with your team and leadership
