Early Childcare Teacher

Kids of Faith Learning Center is looking for a loving, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team!

About the Position

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care to children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson plans
• Communicate professionally with parents and families
• Observe and document children's development and progress
• Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, nap time, and other daily care needs
• Maintain required classroom ratios and follow Texas Child Care Licensing standards
• Work cooperatively with other teachers and administration
• Attend staff meetings and required training

Qualifications

• Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Must pass all required background checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
