The Exalt’s BEST Summer Camp & After School Program is expanding again! We are now hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Program Director to lead our incredible team of coaches and help us deliver the BEST experience for our students and families!

Our programs offer kids a variety of exciting activities, including:

• Martial Arts
• Dance
• Soccer
• Basketball
• Flag Football
• Dodgeball
• P.E. Type Games & Activities
• Arts & Crafts
• Theater/Acting

What Will You Be Doing?

As our Summer Camp & After School Program Director, you will be responsible for leading our team and making sure our programs run smoothly while delivering an AMAZING experience for every child and parent!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading & Managing Coaches: Overseeing, motivating, training, and supporting our team of coaches to ensure they are performing at their BEST!
• Program Quality: Making sure all activities are FUN, engaging, organized, safe, and delivered at the highest possible standards.
• Parent Communication: Building great relationships with parents, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring families have an outstanding experience.
• Owner Communication: Communicating regularly with the business owners about program performance, staff development, parent feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
• Daily Program Leadership: Making sure the program operates smoothly, coaches are following procedures, and every student is having an AWESOME experience!

Do You Have What It Takes?

To qualify for our amazing team, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must pass a Level 2 background screening in accordance with applicable state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience working with children.
• Must have experience leading, managing, or supervising a team.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable communicating professionally with parents and business owners.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be enthusiastic, dependable, and have a POSITIVE attitude for success!
• Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication.

Hours, Pay & Benefits

This awesome leadership position offers 25-35 hours per week at $18-20 per hour.

We also have several opportunities throughout the year to earn commissions and performance bonuses!
