What Does a Curriculum Coordinator Do?
A curriculum coordinator (often called an education coordinator) guides what and how children learn across a childcare center or program, supporting teachers with lesson planning, observation and assessment, and making sure the curriculum is used as intended.
In Head Start and multi-site programs the role also tracks child outcomes and leads staff training.
