Co-Lead TWOS Teacher

The Learning Tree is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Co-Lead Teacher to join our Two-Year-Old classroom team!

The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Working closely with your co-teacher to support children's learning and development.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
• Following all North Carolina DCDEE licensing regulations, as well as health, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children required.
• Must meet North Carolina DCDEE lead teacher requirements (or be eligible).
• Reliable, professional, and a positive team player.
• Passionate about helping children learn through play and exploration.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
