Christian Preschool Assistant Teacher

*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong classroom management skills, and be committed to providing a nurturing learning environment for young learners. *Duties* - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children - Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning - Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among students - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the holistic development of each child - Incorporate literacy education, and special education strategies into daily activities - Provide individualized attention to children with diverse learning needs, including those with autism - Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed *Skills* - Experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting - Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to young learners - Strong understanding of behavior management techniques in a classroom setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
