Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and passionate Childcare/Preschool Assistants and Lead Teachers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will inspire young learners through creative lesson planning, effective classroom management, and personalized child development instruction. Your enthusiasm will help create a joyful atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and eager to explore their world.

Duties

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to early childhood education standards
• Engage children in educational activities that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and developmental milestones
• Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws, first aid, CPR protocols, and child welfare policies
• Maintain organized classroom environments conducive to learning and play

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
• Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Familiarity with curriculum development, standardized testing, and literacy education methods
• Ability to work with diverse learners, including those requiring special education or early intervention support
