Childcare Toddler Teacher

As a Toddler Teacher you will provide a nurturing and safe environment for our 18 month - 2 year olds to develop and reach age appropriate milestones through creative daily lesson plans. It is important for you to be a team player who can communicate effectively with parents and co-workers. A CDA or Degree in a related field is required to qualify as a Lead Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
• Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to support positive interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and promote early childhood education best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Child Development Associate Certification standards.
