Current Opportunities

Lead Teacher – Toddler & Preschool

Bring learning to life through engaging activities, positive classroom management, and meaningful connections with children and families.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Meet Virginia's applicable childcare program leader qualifications through education, credentials, training, or qualifying experience
• Ability to plan activities, supervise children, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom
• CDA, early childhood education coursework, or related credentials are a plus

Childcare Driver – Student Transportation

Help our little learners travel safely between home, school, and the center. Your dependability and commitment to safety make a difference every day!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet the center's vehicle insurance and applicable transportation requirements
• Responsible, punctual, and comfortable supervising children during transportation
• Willingness to complete required safety training and background screening

School Cook – Childcare Food Service

Help fuel growing minds by preparing nutritious meals and snacks in a clean, welcoming environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience preparing meals in a kitchen or food-service setting
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• Ability to follow menus, portion guidelines, and food allergy procedures
• Food safety certification, experience in school or childcare meal preparation is a plus
