Available Positions & Responsibilities

3-Year-Old Teacher | Cinnamon Creek

• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages independence, friendships, and school readiness.
• Provide attentive care and supervision throughout the day.
• Support potty training and daily routines as needed.
• Keep the classroom clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress.

Floater | Cinnamon Creek

• Assist teachers in different classrooms and age groups.
• Provide classroom coverage for staff breaks and scheduling needs.
• Help with activities, meals, diapering, potty training, and daily routines.
• Maintain active supervision and follow classroom schedules.
• Help keep classrooms and shared spaces clean and organized.

Cook | Medical Center

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to planned menus.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe food storage procedures.
• Follow instructions for children’s food allergies and dietary needs.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and food preparation areas clean.
• Monitor inventory and communicate grocery and supply needs.
• Complete required kitchen and meal records.

Qualifications

Teacher & Floater Positions

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous childcare experience preferred, especially with 3-year-olds for the teacher position.
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable supporting children’s daily care needs.
• Able to work well with coworkers and communicate professionally with families.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain with our support.
• Willingness to complete required childcare training and background checks.

Cook Position

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred, especially in a childcare or school setting.
• Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Able to follow menus, manage portions, and prepare meals on schedule.
• Organized, dependable, and able to communicate food and supply needs.
• Food handler certification, or willingness to obtain required food safety credentials.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and training.

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
