Childcare Staff - Before & After School Program

Make a child’s day while earning extra income! Join our Before & After School program and help create a fun, welcoming place for children to play, learn, and spend time with friends at Jefferson, Roosevelt, and Hoover elementary schools.

Whether you’re a student balancing classes, a retiree looking to stay active, or someone who enjoys working with children, we offer flexible hours with no weekends or holidays.

What You’ll Do:

• Help plan, organize, and lead games, crafts, and other activities.
• Supervise children and encourage safe play, cooperation, and participation.
• Help children understand and follow program rules.
• Assist with setting up, distributing, and collecting equipment and supplies.
• Work with groups of approximately 10-30 children.

Pay & Schedule:

• $11.00/hour and up, based on experience
• 3–30 hours per week available
• Flexible scheduling
• Monday–Friday—no weekends or holidays!
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Available Before & After School Shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 6:45–8:00 a.m.
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 2:45–5:30 p.m.
• Monday–Friday: 4:00–5:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 1:30–5:30 p.m.

Positions will be filled as qualified applications are received and as needed throughout the season.
