High Pointe Academy in Castle Pines, CO is looking for energetic, nurturing educators to join our team! We are looking for Lead Pre-K for our Universal PreK Program and Lead Preschool Teachers!

Compensation: $19.00-$23.00/hr, based on education and experience

Shift: Mon - Fri, Full Time

*Meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher and applicable Colorado UPK teacher qualifications.

• Have experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably ages 3–5.
• Meet all background check, fingerprinting, and licensing requirements.
• UPK ( Universal Pre-K)-Specific Requirements
• Meet applicable Colorado UPK teacher qualification standards.
• Complete required UPK professional development and training within established timelines.
• Maintain compliance with Colorado UPK program requirements and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Previous experience in a Colorado UPK or preschool classroom.
• Early Childhood Education coursework, degree, or approved credential.
• Familiarity with Colorado Shines, PDIS, and early childhood assessment practices.
• Experience supporting diverse developmental and learning needs.
