The ideal candidate loves working with children, has strong classroom leadership skills, and is committed to creating a safe, structured, and fun learning environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.
What makes The Learning Experience different is our unique approach to early childhood education. Through our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, children learn through hands-on activities, exploration, creativity, problem-solving, early literacy, STEM, social-emotional development, and more. Our lovable characters, including Bubbles the Elephant®, help bring learning to life and make each day meaningful, memorable, and fun.
As a Lead Teacher, you will play an important role in creating that experience for our children and families every day.

- Encourage positive behavior through patience, consistency, and respectful communication
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding classroom updates and child development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom
- Observe and support children’s progress and individual needs
- Guide and support assistant teachers or classroom aides
- Follow all health, safety, and center policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or early childhood education setting
- Prior lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
- CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable, patient, nurturing, and professional
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Must meet all state licensing and background check requirements
