Child Development Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a passion for working with children of various ages, including infants and preschoolers. This role is essential in supporting the developmental needs of children while ensuring their well-being and safety.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for infants, including feeding, diaper changing, and comforting.
• Plan and implement educational activities that foster creativity, social skills, and cognitive development.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning and play.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist children with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
• Support children with disabilities by providing individualized attention and care as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school graduate
• Experience in childcare settings such as classrooms, preschools, or babysitting is preferred.
• Background in early childhood education or related fields is an advantage.
• Familiarity with infant care practices is essential.
• Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and developmental stages.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards children's needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
