Busy Bees Learning Academy is a child care center in Mission, Texas that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children ages six weeks to five years old. The center is committed to providing high-quality care and education that helps children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Busy Bees Learning Academy has a team of experienced and qualified teachers who are dedicated to providing each child with the individualized attention they need to thrive. The center offers a variety of programs and activities that are designed to engage and stimulate children, including:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide literacy education and support to promote language and cognitive development
- Offer tutoring and academic assistance to children as needed
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages learning and growth
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in childcare or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Familiarity with curriculum development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to educate and engage children in a variety of activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide care for toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and naptime routines

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English and Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
