Make a Difference. Have Fun. Help Kids Thrive!

For 130 years and counting, Old Colony YMCA has been bringing people together and strengthening communities throughout Massachusetts. We're a place where people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and experiences can come together to learn, grow, get healthy, and build meaningful connections.

Now, we're looking for Childcare Teachers to join our team at the Easton Branch!

If you love working with children and want a job where you can play, laugh, create, teach, and make a real difference every day, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We believe children should have the freedom to be curious, creative, innovative, and themselves. They should have opportunities to try new things, make friends, build confidence, and develop lasting relationships with caring adults and positive role models—like you!

As a Childcare Teacher, you'll help create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, engaged, and excited to learn.

You'll:

Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, movement, and exploration.

Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where every child can thrive.

Develop lesson plans that reflect each child's interests, abilities, talents, culture, and individual learning style.

Lead daily classroom activities and help create an engaging, organized learning environment.

Build positive relationships with children and serve as a caring, dependable role model.

Help make each day at the Y a little more fun, meaningful, and memorable!
