CHILD CARE COOK

Child Care center looking for a cook at our Maple location. Hours would be approximately 6:30a-2:30p (Hours will vary) Monday through Friday. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Must follow recipes and carefully follow special meal requirements.

Other duties include:

• Must have knowledge of nutritional guidelines provided by local, state and federal agencies
• Must have experience in meal preparation
• Must maintain a safe and clean work area
• Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with other staff members
• Must be able to carry 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• Must pass a background check
• Must adhere to the DHHS guidelines for in-service training

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
