Salary: $70,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead all daily center operations
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional educators
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
- Drive enrollment growth and family retention
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational budgets
- Build lasting relationships with families and the local community
- Create a positive culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Previous Center Director or Preschool Director experience preferred
- Massachusetts Director I & II Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC licensing
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for coaching educators and developing high-performing teams
- $70,000–$85,000 annual salary
