ASST. DIRECTOR FOR CHILDCARE CENTER

We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Director with the following strengths to join our team:

• Fully capable to help Manage the Operations of the center. (Knowledge of all Rules and Regulations as well as knowledge of the full operations of a childcare center.)
• Able to open or close each day.
• Responsible for maintaining center compliance with all Rules and Regulations.
• Professional, Highly Responsible, and 100% Dependable.
• Able to Build Strong Relationships with our staff, parents, and children.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Very Organized and Able to Multi Task.
• Knowledgeable of Bright from the Start rules.
• Great Marketing Skills.
• Able to Hit the Ground Running.
• A great, POSITIVE Mindset
• Childcare Management Experience
• Educational Requirements: CDA, TCC, Paraprofessional, Associates Degree, each with 6 months of qualifying experience. Or Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree.
• Clean Driving Record in order to drive our bus as needed.
• Must RESIDE close to the Buford, Suwanee, Sugar Hill area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
