- Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and supervision to children in your care
- Communicate with families about their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities
- Support routine classroom tasks and adhere to all health, safety, and licensing guidelines

- Staff recognition and appreciation programs
- Quarterly staff outings
- Supportive, on-site ownership that is present and invested in your success
- Newly renovated classrooms — bright, modern, and designed for great teaching
Are You a Fit?
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education a plus
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Genuine warmth, patience, and empathy for preschool-age children and their families
- Collaborative team player who also works well independently
- Basic understanding of child development and school readiness milestones
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
