Assistant Teacher (Preschool or Twos)

We are seeking new ambitious teachers currently obtained to join our organization!

Hours: M-F 8:30pm - 5:30pm

Raise Policy: Opportunities for raises occur every 6 Months based on your performance review results. Pathways Program, personally planned path to success.

CDA Starting Pay: $17.00 (Not Required but Highly Encouraged.)

Additional Education Opportunities and Scholarships (CDA, Associates and Bachelors) Available Through Pathways Program and T.E.A.C.H.

Associates Starting Pay (Must be in Education/Early Childhood): $18.00 (Based on Experience in Early Childhood Education and Longterm Previous Employment)

Bachelors/Master’s/Teaching License: Negotiable (Based on Experience in Early Childhood Education and Longterm Previous Employment)

Responsibilities:

• Instruct infant/toddler/preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectul and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Implement weekly lesson plans that fosters appropriate child development.
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills'
