Responsibilities
- Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
- Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
- Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
- Management of childcare operations, from scheduling to financial management and documentation, ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
- Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.;
- Support and lead new company initiatives
- Support teachers in implementing the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Monitor classroom environments and provide constructive feedback to educators.
- Encourage positive relationships among teachers, children, and families.
- Maintain a school culture centered on children's safety, growth, development, and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with enrolled families through effective communication and responsive service.
- Plan and coordinate open houses, family engagement activities, community events, and school communications.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree
- Director Qualified strongly preferred
- Experience in coaching Teachers in Educational Excellence
- Child Development Associate (CDA) or other relevant early childhood education credentials.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania childcare regulations, Keystone STARS
