About Us
At Inspiration Station ELC, we take pride in inspiring hearts to dream big. Our vision is to build foundations for dreams and make an impact on the future of the young and old by focusing on play and developing a love of reading. We deliver Inspiration Station’s INSPIRE core values: Integrity, Nurture, Support, Passion, Inspiration, Relationship, and Engage and focus on creating positive family relationships together.
We believe nurturing and engaging with teachers is just as important as caring for the children. To build comradery, we frequently hold staff events such as ax throwing, family picnics, bowling, catered luncheons, and we create inspirational t-shirts. Inspiration Station recognizes and appreciates each other so much that we use the Nectar app. In this Nectar App, teachers can give each other “kudos." These "kudos" are great for noticing our hard work, staff recognition and they add up to fun rewards. Our teachers love the gift card rewards specifically!
