Duties

• Assist lead teachers with implementing curriculum tailored to early childhood education standards
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through daily routines
• Engage children in educational activities focused on early childhood development and social-emotional skills to promote holistic development
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment that accommodates children with diverse needs
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and other activities to ensure safety and well-being
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster collaborative relationships
• Support classroom organization by preparing materials and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Background in childcare or preschool education
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
