  • Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and maintaining the class schedule.

Organization & Daily Operations

  • Set up and clean classrooms before, between, and after sessions.

  • Immediately report injuries, accidents, behavioral concerns, safety hazards, or suspected child abuse to the appropriate supervisor and authorities when required by law.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom, school, art studio, camp, after-school program, or similar setting.
  • Strong classroom management and child-supervision skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively with children and adults.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
