Elite Learning is hiring dependable, energetic, and caring After School Teachers to help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where students can learn, have fun, and build confidence.

Work Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–6:00 PM
Friday: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM
Part-time | School-year schedule

This position is ideal for individuals looking for consistent afternoon hours without evening or weekend work.

What You'll Do

As an After School Teacher, you will help students make the most of their time after school by:

• Leading fun and educational activities, games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, and enrichment activities
• Providing homework assistance and encouraging academic success
• Supporting creativity, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving
• Supervising students and maintaining a safe and positive environment
• Encouraging positive behavior and helping students build confidence
• Building positive relationships with students and school staff
• Communicating professionally with parents and team members
• Following all school and Elite Learning safety and program procedures
• Working as part of a team to provide a high-quality after-school experience

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have already graduated from high school
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and required fingerprinting
• Must be able to consistently work the required schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with children is helpful but not required.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• After-school programs
• Childcare
• Tutoring
• Camps or youth programs
• Classrooms or educational settings
• Coaching or leading children's activities
• Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related coursework
