ABC Toddler Teacher

At Open Arms Learning Center, we believe that the first years of life are the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our mission is to create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, discover, and grow—both academically and emotionally. We value curiosity, kindness, and respect, and we work every day to nurture these qualities in our children, our staff, and our community.

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage exploration, creativity, and skill development.
• Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
• Engage toddlers in sensory activities, music, movement, and storytelling to promote cognitive and motor skills.
• Monitor developmental milestones and communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly learning space in compliance with safety and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience.

As an ABC Toddler Teacher, you will be more than an educator—you will be a guide, a nurturer, and a role model. You’ll help toddlers take their first steps into structured learning, build social skills, and develop confidence. Your work will directly shape their early experiences, laying the groundwork for their future success in school and in life.
