Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3's Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their early childhood education journey. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of 3-year-olds, incorporating early intervention strategies and Montessori principles where applicable
• Create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior management strategies
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports child development and encourages exploration
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records of student development and attendance
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities, assessments, and special events that enhance learning experiences

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development instruction, classroom management, and curriculum development
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Background in special education or experience working with children requiring additional support is advantageous
