We are seeking a passionate anand d energetic Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate 2-year-old children in a dynamic early childhood education environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster developmental growth, encourage curiosity, and create a safe, engaging space for young learners. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong understanding of toddler development to inspire a lovAe of learning from the very start. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored for 2-year-olds, incorporating literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
• Plan engaging lessons that support child development milestones and encourage exploration and discovery.
• Foster strong communication with parents through regular updates on their child's progress, behavior, and developmental achievements.
• Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and ensure child welfare standards are upheld at all times.
• Support children’s physical health by applying first aid and CPR when necessary and promoting safe practices within the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues on classroom experience enhancements, special education needs, early intervention strategies, and standardized testing preparations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children, specifically in preschool or toddler care settings.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and behavior management techniques.
• Experience developing curriculum plans that include literacy education, math skills, and physical education activities suitable for 2-year-olds.
• Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration.
• Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional credentials in special education or early intervention are a plus.
• Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies is essential.
• Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and lesson planning skills.
• Prior experience working in private schools or similar educational environments is advantageous.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
